Luna Chair Frame

Providing charm and elegance the Luna chair is designed by Interior designers' and architects', Franco Albini and Franca Helg. The Luna chair makes a stunning statement piece and will draw the eye where ever situated. Interestingly, the Luna chair was originally named 'Radar' drawing its inspiration from the 'Space Race' which influenced large parts of the design world in the 60's.

It is part of Sika-Design's exclusive ICONS collection, which consists of design furniture, all created by renowned designers. Sika-Design with great respect and admiration for the original designs and working in close collaboration with their descendants is delighted to be able to bring these icons back to the fore.

The Luna chair is handmade in environmentally sustainable Indonesian Rattan by skilled wicker makers. Rattan is often compared to bamboo, but unlike bamboo which is hollow, rattan is a solid material. Rattan is a remarkably strong and indestructible material that provides you with a unique piece of furniture that will last for generations.
