The Hanging Egg Exterior Chair is a critically acclaimed design that has enjoyed tremendous success the world over since its distinctive sculptural shape was created by renowned Nanna and Jorgen Ditzel in 1959. A Scandinavian classic it is one of Denmarks most iconic designs.
The Hanging Egg Exterior is handcrafted in Alu-Rattan and ArtFibre, and therefore has a unique strength and durability. Alu-Rattan is weather-resistant powder-coated aluminium and ArtFibre consists of artificial fibers made from polyethylene. Due to the weather-resistant materials the Hanging Egg Exterior Chair be left outdoors all year round, without compromising the design or quality.
A stunning version in handcrafted rattan is also available for indoor use.
